[[fi]]Tilauksen yhteydessä ANKI Rugs toimittaa asiakkaalleen kirjallisen tilausvahvistuksen. Vahvistuksessa määritellään tilattavan mallin nimi, koko, väritys, hinta, toimitusaika, sekä maksuehdot. Tarvittaessa kirjalliseen tilausvahvistukseen liitetään myös työpiirros tilattavasta tuotteesta. Tilaustuotteidemme toimitusaika on pääsääntöisesti 14-16 viikkoa. Mittatilaustuotteilla on rajoitettu palautusoikeus. Kuluttajansuojalain määrittelemä palautusoikeus on sovellettavissa vain, jos toimitettu tuote ei vastaa kirjallisen tilausvahvistuksen määritelmiä.[[en]]Upon ordering a custom made rug or product, ANKI Rugs will provide you with a written order confirmation. The confirmation will list all relevant details of your order, such as name of the design, size, colour, price, delivery time and payment methods. If necessary we will also include a technical drawing of the product in question. Delivery time for custom rugs is between 14 and 16 weeks.
